How to Order

Send an email sales@glenmerehandtools.com with the following information:

1. Which item from the shop would you like to purchase?
2. How would you like to pay? I accept Venmo, PayPal, and check/money-order.
3. How would you like your item shipped and what is your address?

I can ship your item via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. USPS is generally the least expensive option and the one I recommend. Once I know your preference, I will box the item and use your address to get a shipping quote. I don't make any money on shipping, the cost simply gets added to the bill. I'm based in the United States and can ship internationally.

Once I have your details, I'll send you an invoice with the complete cost (item, shipping, and fees) as well as payment information. If you decide to move forward, I will send you a final email once your item has shipped, including a tracking number (if available).

FAQ

Can you make me an item not shown in the shop?

If you saw something on Instragram that you'd like to buy, I'm happy to quote a price for that item.

I may be able to work on a bespoke item for you, subject to constraints on scope, time, and materials. Please keep in mind that it may take longer to complete a custom project.

What is your refund policy?

If you don't like an item, I will refund the cost of that item provided you ship it back to me. Transaction fees (PayPal) and shipping costs are non-refundable.
